RCT is a process of removing infected nerves/tissues from the innermost part of tooth(pulp canal) then cleaning and sealing the pulp canal followed by crown fitting to restore the tooth strength. Rct is needed in case of infected tooth ,traumas and accidental cases or when a patient experiences pain while consuming something hot/cold or sweet .

It is also indicated in case of pain that worsen at night or while lying down. Rct recovery may varies patients to patients depending on the care taken after treatment and following the post treatment instructions properly. Once done with the treatment, patient may experience a little discomfort for few days which will gradually go away on its own.
